Yin Yoga


Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and  the joints of the body that normally are not exercised enough in an active lifestyle. Posed also target tight areas, fascia and provide pressure on areas, so when you release from the pose an energetic and emotional connection is also targeted. Poses are held from 1-7 minutes in more of a quiet, relaxed, meditative setting. Suitable for everyone.
